A Little Book Junkie Fix

Infite_jestIf you’re always keeping your eyes open for something new to read, you’ll want to head over to this resource provided by Powells.com, the well-known Portland bookstore. In a nutshell, Powell’s Review-A-Day selectively pulls together book reviews from a number of well-known magazines, newspapers and web sites — for example, The Washington Post, Esquire, The Atlantic Monthly, The New Republic, and The Christian Science Monitor. If you pop over right now, you’ll find a review of the newly-released edition of David Foster Wallace’s Infinite Jest. Meanwhile, you may want to pay a visit to Powell’s very extensive collection of author interviews. Here, you’ll find an eclectic bunch of authors, including some of our favorites: Paul Auster, Jonathan Lethem, Salman Rushdie and Ian McEwan.
