Can anyone tell me the name of the town in France that Mark speaks of.  In lesson 36 he talks about a place which originated the tart/quiche plate that divides pieces equally.  
It sounds like he is saying Bournique or Borneque or something similiar (I think he says it is close to Ste. Marie)but I am unable to find it.  
Any advice greatly appreciated.  Thanks Brenda</description>
