Free Beethoven No. 9 Courtesy of Dudamel

Gustavo Dudamel, the new music director of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, kicked off his tenure last Saturday with a free performance of Beethoven's Symphony No. 9 at the Hollywood Bowl. 18,000 people were in attendance.
