For the 13th time, Chinese authorities arrested the well-known Chinese writer Liao Yiwu (The Corpse Walker) as he boarded a plane to attend a literary festival in Cologne, Germany.     Maybe, this guy should’ve realised he should left the country long ago…

    The cold war with the USSR had cost the West too much to begin another one with China. Besides, apart from internal affairs, China is being flexible enough and tries to “play the game” internationally. So, dear friends, I’m afraid Liao Yiwu and his likes haven’t got much hope…
