From Mar­tin Selig­man and the Uni­ver­si­ty of Penn­syl­va­nia comes The Foun­da­tions of Pos­i­tive Psy­chol­o­gy Spe­cial­iza­tion–a series of four cours­es that pro­vides an intro­duc­tion to key the­o­ries and research in the field of pos­i­tive psy­chol­o­gy. The indi­vid­ual cours­es include:

• Pos­i­tive Psy­chol­o­gy: Mar­tin E. P. Seligman’s Vision­ary Sci­ence (taught by Mar­tin E.P. Selig­man, Ph.D.)
• Pos­i­tive Psy­chol­o­gy: Appli­ca­tions and Inter­ven­tions (James Pawel­s­ki, Ph.D.)
• Pos­i­tive Psy­chol­o­gy: Char­ac­ter, Grit and Research Meth­ods (Claire Robert­son-Kraft, Ph.D. and Angela Duck­worth)
• Pos­i­tive Psy­chol­o­gy: Resilience Skills (Karen Reivich, Ph.D.)

You can take each course for free if you enroll with the “audit” func­tion upon enroll­ment. Or, for a fee, you can take the cours­es and receive a cer­tifi­cate. The choice is yours.
