I googled free audio book downloads for mp3 players. I was thinking of trying to learn Spanish or sometimes listening to a book while I walk.

Can I download for free? I've never done this before. Somewhere I saw something about $10. Thank you.

Every now and then you see initiatives that totally redefine the economics and scale of learning, like Wikipedia did. I found this website today, installed the iphone app and am blown away by the amount of stuff on offer. Hats off to the people behind this website and the iPhone app.

My compliments to Chip in Tampa Florida for his narration of the Legend of Sleepy Hollow. He has a great voice and his ability to vary his inflections as he reads made for a marvelous bit of respite. I would love to know what other books he has narrated for I wsould like to listen to him read them as well. I came away with the impression he was not reading but actually telling the story firsthand. Excellent indeed.
